Ingredients

200g Flour

50g White sugar

100g Brown sugar

1tsp Bicarbonate of soda

90mls Oil

80mls Milk (chose your own preferred milk)

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla extract

2 Chopped Apples

Crumble:

2 tbsp Butter or coconut oil

3 tbsp Oats

1.5 tbsp Flour

1 tbsp Sugar

Method

Mix together the flour, sugar and bicarbonate of soda.

In a jug measure out the oil and milk. Then mix in the vanilla extract and egg.

Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Add the peels and chopped apples to the mixure.

Scoop the mixture into muffin cases and then prepare the crumble mixture.

Add the crumble ingredients together and put onto the muffins.

Bake for about 25 minutes at 170c
